The Costs tab in App Settings, Project Settings and Workspace Settings request inputs on material and labor costs associated with each workspace or foundation design. The values entered on this page are then used to calculate the total material costs and labor costs of each foundation or multiple foundations.
The material costs of a foundation are broken down into individual components displayed below since these components may have different unit costs associated with them. Material cost for each item is specified using the units displayed for each type.

Excavation
Overpour - This quantity is specified as percent (%) of total concrete volume and is typically the amount of concrete that may be required in excess of the actual concrete for footing and piers
Accessories - This quantity is specified as percent (%) of total concrete volume and is typically used to account for sundry items required to complete a foundation pour
The labor costs are specified for each of the following items in terms of work hours (man hours) per unit quantity as displayed for each item. Since work hours may vary from site to site, these can be customized for each workspace or each project.
